I came to Germany as later than the other volunteers and could not, unfortunately, attend the introductory seminar. So I felt somehow different, in part, especially when I could feel myself perhaps! In any case, I was greeted warmly and taken to my apartment. Here I should say that I have a real chance to place of accommodation! Such a beautiful At home in no less pleasant district of the city (in Steglitz) with most of all nice roommate I have received and am grateful still. If I am there, I think, if I'm in a museum! And now the narrative is about my site or my job, but I prefer to call the host organization. This organization is coordinating body for the forced laborers and is part of Division 3 of the National Administration Office. If you hear the name, then it probably already, which it deals, and how seriously one should take it. As I said, I am not a first intern in the STS and I was already expecting something. My first day at work was really very exciting! Whole lot of information about forced labor and Nazi periods came on me so suddenly, and sometimes surprising that I should immediately have to worry if I really suspect anything like this. I was introduced to all my colleagues and learned that almost all have read my resume in the STS. By so doing, I did not expect! I had to translate a large pile of letters, not only from Russian to German special from Ukrainian and what I do not particularly easy. I've also learned to deal with different databases and to make responsible decisions every day. With the help of the great gentlemen who cared about me very much, I could easily settle into the work and the collective. Although I think the whole organization as bureaucratic, I can hardly imagine how it would work otherwise. But it might be nice about living. It has to do there's always something, and I hope to bring all tasks to the last stop.

I am in Germany for the second time and there was not a particularly pronounced problem in the integration. But it is for me a new life situation and it has also its own difficulties, which are really rather unimportant, yet true. At first I was such a beautiful language as "Berlin" not quite understand what made me really disappointed or angry sometimes.
